Holding Hands Foundation is a 100% non profit organization originated in 2004. It is a “grass roots” group started by a few local mothers. We believe every act of kindness does make a difference. Each month time, donations, support, financial assistance and love are offered to a variety of families or agencies in the Palm Beach community that are in need.
This organization is pulling the old school values of community back to the present. For example, we offer home cooked meals to families during emotional struggle, allow children whose parents are under financial stress the opportunity of summer camp and other after school activities, funded temporary housing to an aunt who has custody of her niece and nephew after her home was destroyed in a hurricane, visit local hospitals offering emotional support to parents who are struggling with a sick child, make the holidays brighter for children at an abuse shelter and support a local mother who took in her sisters five abused children with meals, financial and emotional support and making the holidays brighter with needed clothes, shoes and gifts.
The list continues and you can begin to witness how this organization is reaching out to “Hold Hands” with our community and make a difference one individual at a time. We believe:
