Holding Hands Foundation is a grass roots organization formed in late 2004 by a small group of mothers. Every month assistance, love, support and time are offered to families or agencies in the Palm Beach community during times of need. Holding Hands foundation is reaching out to "Hold Hands" with our community and make a difference one individual at a time.
